Job Description

5+ years Role Description: Log, diagnose and resolve medium and complex system problems and issues reported by business by referring to system documents
Triage system problems to appropriate technical teams; communicate the outages to the business and technical teams
Provide permanent resolutions to recurring issues
Work as an expert on one or more applications/functionality (in a support area) to provide required support to the business users
Help in on-boarding and training new team members
Reporting relationship: This role will report to Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Exploration on Development frameworks and implement best practice, reviews and design solution Coding and Development using Java/J2EE, Typescript, JSON etc
Create and implement CI/CD pipeline for delivery projects
Research, learn and perfrom POC on new DevOps framework Suggest alternate toolset and best pratice for implement
Help in delivery improvement by using DevOps and Automation

Qualifications

Must Have Education:
GraduateBachelors degree (any stream)

Skill set:

- Engineering graduate with 6-8 years of min IT expereince
- Expertise in Java/J2EE frameworks, Spring boot, Python, Typescript, Java script etc
- Knowledge on DevOps toolset like Jenkins, Github, AWS CI/CD pipleine, scripting etc
- Knowledge on development environment and processes Competencies: Make sound business decision Embrace Change Build strong Partnership Get results Act Strategically Lead Cultivate Talent
