This role involves leading the development and integration of scalable low-code solutions across various business units. Responsibilities Leading architecture and design discussions for scalable Power Platform solutions Developing custom connectors, APIs, plugins, and PCF components Integrating Power Platform with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and third-party systems Guiding junior engineers and conducting code reviews to ensure best practices Ensuring performance, security, and maintainability across developed applications Driving DevOps alignment by implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value Contributing to solution roadmap planning and enhancement initiatives Requirements Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field 8+ years in software development, 4+ years with Microsoft Power Platform Expertise in Power Apps (Model-Driven, Canvas), Power Automate, Dataverse Hands-on experience with Custom APIs, Plugins, Connectors, and PCF Strong understanding of Azure Logic Apps, Event Grid Experience integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint Good communication and team leadership skills What’s in it for you Competitive compensation and benefits package Chance to lead cutting-edge Power Platform initiatives Collaborative, hybrid work culture Opportunity for career advancement and certifications
