Senior Software Engineer Node.js & Cloud Backend

The position of Senior Backend Lead requires a candidate with 6-12 years of experience in backend development, with leadership experience and expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS. The role involves leading backend development efforts for scalable, high-performance applications, guiding a team of developers, ensuring the quality and reliability of the backend infrastructure, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive project outcomes. Responsibilities: - Leading the design and development of robust, scalable backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript - Architecting and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs - Developing cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and DynamoDB - Guiding and mentoring junior team members to align with project goals and best practices - Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing performance for backend components - Ensuring adherence to software engineering standards and best practices - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business-critical solutions Required Skills: - 6+ years of backend development experience with a leadership track record - Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS ecosystem - Strong API development experience (REST & GraphQL) - Experience with cloud-native architectures and services - Excellent communication and team mentoring skills - Proven ability to work independently and solve complex problems Nice to Have: - Prior experience working in fast-paced startup environments - Exposure to DevOps practices or serverless architecture patterns Please note that only stable profiles with consistent job history will be considered for this role.,
