As a Lead MERN Stack at our company, you will be responsible for architecting and developing scalable backend systems using NestJS with a focus on high performance. Your role will involve designing and implementing workflows and flow mechanisms to optimize system performance and efficiency. In addition, you will lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and Agile methodologies. Working with databases including MySQL, Redshift, and NoSQL solutions will be crucial to ensure data integrity and performance. Optimizing system design for scalability, caching, and queueing mechanisms will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the frontend team working on Next.js and ensuring seamless integration will be essential. Ensuring robust microservices architecture with proper API design and inter-service communication is another key responsibility. You will work in an Agile environment, driving sprints, standups, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Required Skills & Experience: - Experience in software development, System Design, and System Architecture. - Strong expertise in NodeJS, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, MySQL, Redshift, NoSQL, AWS, and Microservices Architecture. - Hands-on experience in workflow design and implementation. - Expertise in queueing mechanisms, caching, scalability, and system performance optimization. - Good to have knowledge of React Native and Automation Testing. - Strong leadership and management skills with experience in leading development teams. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and sprint planning. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
