Senior Software Engineer (.NET)

Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of customer reported issues and ensure timely resolution - Conduct research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide detailed solutions for customer problems - Develop and test modules in accordance with project requirements and deadlines - Provide customer support on a rotational basis - Adhere to the organization's coding standards and follow instructions from superiors - Perform code Check-In/Check-Out and update status in TFS - Create technical documentation for resolved requests - Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams following standard procedures - Share knowledge within the team - Submit daily activity reports to the Reporting Manager - Follow the organization's procedures and guidelines Required Skills & Experience: - 4 to 15 years of experience in software development - Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, .NET CORE C#, MS SQL Server - Knowledge of Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, Web API - Familiarity with PGSQL, Kendo UI is a plus In terms of compensation and culture, Casepoint highly values its team members and cultivates a culture of camaraderie and excellence.
