We are currently looking to hire a Senior JDA / Blue Yonder QA Engineer for one of our European clients. Responsibilities Test Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for JDA / Blue Yonder modules. Identify key test scenarios for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements. Perform manual and automated testing of JDA / Blue Yonder applications, including UI, backend, and data validation. Conduct end-to-end testing across integrated systems. Ensure proper coverage of key JDA modules such as Demand Planning, Fulfilment, SCPO, and WMS. Identify, report, track, and manage defects using defect tracking tools like JIRA, or similar platforms. Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects. Retest resolved defects and perform regression testing to ensure system stability. Automation & Performance Testing: Develop and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, UFT, or custom frameworks. Execute performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. Identify opportunities for automation and drive the adoption of best practices in test automation. Document test cases, test results, and defect logs. Generate test summary reports and provide insights on product quality and readiness. Maintain QA documentation, including test strategies, processes, and best practices. Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and rollout teams. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of Agile/Scrum teams. Continuously improve QA processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing lifecycle. An Ideal Candidate 7+ years of experience in quality assurance with few years in JDA / Blue Yonder solutions and be open to a 1-year contractual role. SCPO (Supply Chain Planning & Optimization) Warehouse Management (WMS) TMS (Transportation Management System) Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail). Hands-on experience with database testing using SQL (Oracle, SQL Server). written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience in test automation using Selenium, UFT, or similar tools. Performance testing experience with JMeter or LoadRunner. Familiarity with cloud-based Blue Yonder Luminate solutions. Certification in JDA / Blue Yonder solutions. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology. Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or Azure DevOps. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Client Hunting Identify and generate B2B leads using platforms like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc. Proactively hunt for new clients in need of IT services such as Product Management, New Product development & engineering, Data Science, Training & Support (core offerings by Progreva). Qualify and segment leads based on industry, geography, interest level, and company size. Mai ntain and update a structured lead tracker using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems like Odoo. Sales Outreach & Cold Calling Develop and execute personalized outreach cadences, including , emails, and LinkedIn InMails. Conduct discovery and follow-up calls to understand client pain points and business requirements. Present customized proposals and convert prospects into paying clients through Be willing to travel to client location(s) if needed. Sales Conversion & Client Onboarding full ownership of the sales process from initial contact to conversion and onboarding new clients smooth handover to the delivery/operations team post -sale for service execution. Focus on building long-term, value-based relationships to maximize client satisfaction and retention. Strategic Sales Planning Assist in designing and executing targeted sales strategies aligned with revenue goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales-focused campaigns and content. Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and key metrics to optimize sales performance. Performance & Target Achievement track record of achieving and surpassing assigned sales targets consistently full responsibility for driving revenue , building pipeline, and Maintain detailed sales reports and dashboards to measure individual and company s performance w.r.t sales revenue. Client Relationship Management Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients to support upsell, cross-sell, and retention strategies. Brings 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation, with a proven ability to connect with international clients. Proficient in using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) to generate, track, and nurture leads.
