What will you do

Mobile App Automation Testing (Android & iOS) using Appium

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Test Automation Frameworks

  to optimize testing efficiency.

• Automate Test Cases

  for mobile applications (Android & iOS) using

  Appium

  .

• Integrate automated tests

  into the

  CI/CD pipeline

  to support continuous testing.

• Ensure Comprehensive Test Coverage

  through well-structured automation strategies.

• Perform Manual Testing

  when necessary to validate edge cases.

• Lead a team of automation engineers

  , providing guidance, mentorship, and training.

• Oversee testing projects

  , ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  (developers, product managers, and QA) to improve software quality.

• Manage Test Data and Environments

  to support various testing scenarios.

• Drive Continuous Improvement

  by implementing automation best practices and innovative solutions.

• Monitor Post-Release Performance

  to detect and resolve issues proactively.

• Generate Test Reports

  and provide insights on testing progress and defect trends.

• Debug and Troubleshoot Automation Failures

What are we looking for:

• 6+ years of experience

  in

  Mobile App Automation Testing (Android & iOS) using Appium

  .
• Proven experience in

  team leadership and project management

  within a QA or automation team.
• Strong

  problem-solving and decision-making skills

  to address challenges effectively.
• Ability to

  manage multiple projects

  , prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Customer-centric mindset

  with a passion for delivering high-quality applications.
• Excellent

  communication and collaboration skills

  to work with technical and business teams.
• Experience with

  CI/CD tools

  like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Knowledge of

• Familiarity with
