Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate for the Testing Department to monitor the software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular and consistent monitoring of software applications to ensure usability and performance.
• Track resource utilization and system performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including login/logout activity and website/URL usage.
• Monitor and track employee activities relevant to the software.
• Identify and report any unusual, suspicious, or unauthorized activities.

Required Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge is essential.
• Strong observation skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to remain focused and alert for extended periods.
