Job Description

Manage multiple Salesforce ticketing queues. Create necessary Salesforce reports. Develop Salesforce dashboards. Ensure the team utilizes Salesforce efficiently to streamline customer communication and business processes. Use Salesforce queues to communicate and assign tasks to relevant partners. Maintain strict HIPAA-compliant confidentiality with all client-related data. Answer basic billing questions through ticketing queue. Assess and analyze customer A/R status and provide updates with clear & detailed notes A/R work as requested Special projects as needed Proficiency in Salesforce, including creating reports, dashboards, using Chatter, and managing ticketing queues. Basic billing experience (billing and or payment posting) Experience managing the A/R process for clients.
