About the role

The role in focus involves designing and implementing robusttesting automation frameworks and scripts. As aQEengineer,youllcollaboratewith cross-functional teams will be crucial to gather and address technical requirements, while ongoing responsibilities includemaintainingand enhancingtestingframeworks (e.g.performance testing/API testing/content testing), troubleshootingtestingissues, and documenting all procedures for future reference and compliance. This role demands a proactive approach to integratingnew technologiesand continuous improvement of systems todeliverhighquality ofproducts and services.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementingperformance/API/UI/Contentautomated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Developing andmaintainingtest automation frameworks to ensure efficient and scalable test execution.
• Collaborating withengineersto understand the application architecture andidentifytestable components.
• Executing automated tests as part of the continuous integration and delivery pipeline.
• Analyzing test results,identifyingroot causes of failures, and providing detailed reports.
• Continuously improving the test automation framework and processes to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Stayingup-to-datewith the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Mentoring and providing guidance to other team members on test automation practices.

Requirements

• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Proficient intestperformance/API/UIautomation frameworkdesign and implementation(e.g.,Locust,SeleniumCypress,Rest Assured)
• Proficient incontinuous integration and delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD,ArgoCD)
• Hands on experiences data handling with SQL/NoSQL DB
• Knowledge of testing methodologies (e.g.TDD, BDD)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g.Splunk,Coralogix)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an advantage

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of5years of experience intestingengineering or a related field.
• Strongproficiencyin building andmaintainingautomation tests in python/java
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also considered.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement test solutions based on on-demand requirements
