WeWork Galaxy is home to our headquarters in Bangalore. We take pride in having a friendly, open office life that is relaxed and honest. We truly want you to come to work as your whole self. As a flexible-rst organization, this role requires the Senior Software Engineer to be onsite at the office three days a week.

What you’d be doing in this role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll design and implement critical features of our SaaS platform, driving technical excellence and solving complex challenges. You’ll also mentor the team, advocating for best practices.

The impact you’ll make:

• Architect and develop major features, ensuring quality and scalability.
• Provide guidance during technical decision-making processes.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate team capability.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and improve system efficiency.
• Contribute to long-term product and technical strategies.

Your expertise:

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails is mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience with ReactJS is mandatory
• 2+ years of experience in leading and mentoring teams
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in modern frameworks and cloud platforms, specically AWS.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
