Job Description

Your Role

Deploy solutions in AWS and on-premises environments under supervision.

Install and configure Fineos solutions locally or remotely to support triage and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).

Communicate effectively with customers regarding issue status and resolution plans.

Perform technical triage and functional analysis to identify RCA of customer issues.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient support operations.

Your Profile

69 years of relevant experiencein enterprise application support and deployment.

Proficient inJava (J2EE)technologies including JSP, AngularJS, Node.js, JNDI.

Hands-on experience withAWS Cloudand services, including hybrid deployments.

Skilled in working withapplication serverslike WebSphere, Tomcat, JBOSS.

Strong knowledge ofdatabases(DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Aurora) andintegration technologies(SOAP/HTTP, RESTful APIs, WebSphereMQ, SOA, AquaLogic).
