Description
As a Senior Software Developer (SDE) at Techdome, you will be at the forefront of technological innovation, developing products and solutions that scale. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing products and solutions that can scale to hundreds of thousands of users, ensuring performance and reliability. - Working closely with stakeholders and management to plan out technical implementations and architecture of the solutions. - Setting up telemetry, analytics, and production monitoring for the solutions to ensure smooth operations and gather insights. - Leading the launch of new products to market, setting up complete product and feature life cycles with your team. - Having autonomy on how to drive solutions and working with teammates who have launched and managed business-critical solutions. - Leading and managing technical team members, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and abilities. - Reviewing the code, analyzing bottlenecks, and solving problems while delivering maintainable and scalable solutions. - Being language and platform agnostic, willing and able to work with various technologies as needed. - Working closely with frontend teams and being open to making changes themselves too when required. - Contributing significantly to platform architecture, microservices design, and overall system design. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3+ years' experience in software development. - Detailed experience with backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET, Spring Boot, Nest JS, Express, FastAPI, Django). - In-depth experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases. - Experience managing a team of developers for a minimum of 1 year. - Comfortable in agile methodology. - Demonstrated capability along with a troubleshooting attitude in building scalable and secure web applications. - Proven record of managing applications in production with benchmarking and telemetry. - Ability to write technical documentation and diagrams. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP.
