You should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience along with 5 years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages. In addition, you should have 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and at least 1 year of experience in software design and architecture. Moreover, you should possess 3 years of experience in speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field. You are also expected to have 3 years of experience in ML infrastructure including model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role, and experience in developing accessible technologies.
