Senior Software Developer/Team Lead

As a Lead .NET Developer, you will be responsible for managing a team of .NET developers and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve designing, developing, testing, and deploying .NET-based applications and services. You will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing code and ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance - Managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion - Conducting team meetings, performance reviews, and providing mentorship to team members - Troubleshooting and resolving application issues and bugs - Staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in .NET and recommending improvements - Ensuring proper documentation of code, processes, and procedures Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong experience in .NET development - Previous experience in leading a team of developers - Excellent problem-solving skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund.
