About the Role

Senior Software Developer

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to bring new features to life, while also ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability. This role also includes stakeholder interaction, support coordination, and technical leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery & Leadership

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for application modules from planning to production.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Full-Stack Development

• Build and maintain responsive, user-centric web applications using modern frontend and backend frameworks.
• Develop scalable APIs, implement secure authentication, and optimize database queries.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and maintainability through clean code and modular design.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and tools as required.

Agile Execution & Collaboration

• Work within agile teams to contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Take ownership of story grooming, estimation, and prioritization of technical tasks.
• Coordinate with QA and DevOps to support CI/CD and release pipelines.

Support & Troubleshooting

• Participate in testing cycles and pilot rollouts to triage issues and provide resolution.
• Investigate and fix production issues, providing root cause analysis and solution documentation.
• Engage with internal users or stakeholders to understand issues and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
• Mandatory Proficiency in backend technologies such as .NET Core /WPF/ along with API development.
• Java / Node.js proficiency is optional and good to have
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React / Angular / Vue.js and strong JavaScript skills.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, RESTful APIs, and web architecture principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and deployment practices.
• Experience with version control systems (Git), and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience in enterprise-grade applications or employee-facing platforms is a plus.
