Senior Software Developer (.net)

As a highly experienced Senior Developer at Satva Solutions, you will play a crucial role in planning project schedules and technical direction in collaboration with TL/PM. Your responsibilities will include developing high-level system design diagrams, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure the successful delivery of custom web applications. Additionally, you will be involved in performance tuning of databases and web applications, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness. You will be expected to gather requirements directly from clients, create development plans, and provide demos of work to clients on a sprint basis. Mentoring and training junior developers, conducting code reviews, and assisting with quarterly appraisal feedback for mid-developers will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will contribute to developing high-quality products for clients, designing training plans for technology adoption, conducting interviews, and staying updated on new technologies to support skills development in the team. In terms of technical skills, you must have a strong grasp of OOPS concepts and hands-on experience in ASP.Net MVC, ASP .Net Core C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Javascript. Proficiency in writing efficient SQL stored procedures, technical analysis of requirements, API development and integration, as well as experience with version control systems like Git are essential. Familiarity with security best practices, authentication, authorization, and integration of 3rd party APIs is required. Desired skills include experience in Microsoft Azure Deployment, knowledge of consuming SOAP services, understanding of Agile/Scrum Framework, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
