Role & responsibilities

Must-Have Skills

• C++ Expertise:

  10+ years of professional experience in C++ development (11/14/17 or later) with a focus on application-level and multi-threaded programming.

• Linux Development:

  Strong experience with Linux-based systems, including debugging and system programming.

• Testable Code:

  Deep understanding of software design principles and practices for writing testable and maintainable code.

• System Thinking:

  Proven ability to work on complex systems and understand interactions within a system-of-systems architecture.

• Application Development:

  Significant experience in developing robust applications with performance constraints.

• Collaborative Mindset:

  Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and with diverse stakeholders.
• Exposure to

  CI/CD pipelines

  and modern software development tools (e.g., CMake, Git).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) processes or other industrial welding technologies
• Image Recognition: Experience with image processing or recognition algorithms.
• Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and data handling frameworks.
• PLC Systems: Knowledge of Siemens PLCs and industrial automation protocols.
• NixOS Expertise: Experience with NixOS packaging and build systems.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles for industrial and cloud applications.
