Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Develop and implement service delivery strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and manage service performance metrics.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and design.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor and report on service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Adhere to Agile methodologies and align the team with Agile practices.
Guide and mentor the team on SRE guidelines and continuous improvements.
Encourage continuous learning, cross-skilling, and upskilling within the team.
Collect, analyze, and act upon customer feedback to improve service quality.

Skills Required:

In-depth understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Exposure to Java Fullstack development
Familiarity with Mainframe technologies
Strong project and service delivery management experience
Ability to manage SLAs and performance metrics
Proficient in Agile methodologies and SRE principles
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
