Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Spend a significant amount of your time working with the Manufacturing and Supply Chain (MSC-X) practice and consulting teams to design and implement advanced digital integrated planning solutions - Participate in the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery of APS solutions to customers across industries and geographies - Work closely with architects to develop clear functional and technical designs, document data requirements, and configure the APS platform - Lead the more junior system configurators, provide day-to-day support, review quality of work, and play a lead role towards clients - Support Super User and End User training for a global user base, interface with development and operations teams to improve internal processes and product features based on customer feedback Qualifications Required: - Post-graduate degree in operations management, statistics, or industrial engineering with a strong quantitative background - 3+ years of experience in implementing planning applications like O9 and SAP IBP with a focus on demand or supply planning - Exposure to additional planning applications such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, E2Open, OMP, Anaplan, Riverlogic, or AIMMS is a plus - Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Distribution Planning, Master Planning, S&OP, and optimization-based supply chain solvers - Experience working with clients, translating business requirements to technical features and integration - Proficiency in statistical, optimization, and simulation skills through tools like R, SAS, CPLEX, as well as database knowledge in SQL Server, MySQL, and programming languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation - Ability to lead by example, demonstrate domain proficiency, and effectively manage and deliver to customer expectations - Strong analytical skills to process large amounts of data, prioritize opportunities, and manage risks effectively Role Overview: You will be joining a high-performance culture at McKinsey, where you will have the opportunity to drive lasting impact and build long-term capabilities with clients.
