Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Software Associate. The Senior Software Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications, conducting thorough research and analysis to support software development, and collaborating with the team to ensure software effectiveness. The role also involves programming, coding, and enhancing software performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Software Development and Programming skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct comprehensive Research
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with the team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
