Senior Social Media Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Social Media Executive to own and grow our social media presence. This role goes beyond just postingyou’ll drive content strategy, execution, analytics, and cross-team collaboration. If you’re passionate about content, data-driven in your approach, and confident on camera (anchoring is a plus), we’d love to have you onboard. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms.Write impactful copy and work closely with design and video teams to deliver compelling creatives.Oversee all channel Operations- postings, campaigns, community engagement, and timely updates.Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and deliver actionable insights.Continuously optimize content and campaigns for better engagement and ROI.Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to maintain brand consistency.Stay updated on social media trends, new formats, and industry best practices.(Preferred) Take a lead in anchoring videos to strengthen community connection. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business.Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Creative problem solver with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
