Senior Snowflake Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data structures in an enterprise data warehouse (EDW) to ensure efficient data processing, storage, and retrieval. Additionally, you will leverage Python for scripting and automation tasks to enhance data workflows and processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain data structures in the enterprise data warehouse (EDW) - Create, debug, and optimize stored procedures, functions, and views using SQL - Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks - Efficiently design data models and create Source to Target Mappings (STTM) - Ensure data quality and integrity by validating and cleansing data - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in data engineering or related roles - Strong expertise in data warehousing concepts and best practices - Strong experience with Snowflake data warehousing - Strong proficiency in SQL programming - Experience with Airflow and Tableau is a plus - Experience with Python for scripting and automating tasks is preferred - Self-motivated and eager to take ownership of projects - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration Please note that the company offers a Full-time, Permanent job type with benefits including a flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
