Job Description

Role Overview: As a Site Reliability Engineer at Wizeline, you will fully embrace DevOps as a culture and methodology to ensure the quick release of quality products, leading to faster innovation cycles for clients and a higher impact on users. Your main job objective will be to ensure the operation, maintenance, evolution, and support of the Kubernetes platforms used in development, QA, production, and DRP environments. You must ensure high availability and efficiency of application and service deployments within the Kubernetes ecosystem, contributing to the implementation of DevSecOps best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Administration of Kubernetes clusters (EKS and on-premise like Rancher) - Maintenance and monitoring of nodes, pods, namespaces, and cluster resources - Automation of deployments using Jenkins/ArgoCD and CI/CD tools - Implementation and management of security and access control policies in Kubernetes - Support for daily deployments coordinated via Jira in QA and PROD environments - Incident response for Kubernetes infrastructure and related services (Ingress, Helm, ConfigMaps, Secrets, etc.) - Participation in key projects such as migrations, DevSecOps implementation, and deployment of new solutions - Close collaboration with Cloud, Middleware, and development specialists - Management of technical documentation for processes and solutions - Support for the continuous improvement of the platform and deployment processes Qualifications Required: - Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) (Nice-to-have) - Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) (Nice-to-have) - AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate (Nice-to-have) - HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (Nice-to-have) In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications required, Wizeline is a global digital services company that prioritizes a culture of diversity and development for its nearly 2,000 person team spread across the globe.
