Senior Site Engineer

The Senior Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities on-site, ensuring project completion within budget, time, and quality standards. They act as the main technical advisor on the construction site and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction work, ensuring it is executed according to design and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure efficient site operations.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Ensure materials and work meet required standards through quality assurance practices.
• Lead junior engineers and provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Maintain accurate documentation including work schedules, inspection reports, and progress updates.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure regulatory compliance at the construction site.
• Provide input on planning and cost estimations when needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
