Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITSM

You will be working as a Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITSM for a trusted global innovator of IT and business services. Your main responsibilities will include: - Defining policy & standards such as Architecture principles, Integration standards, Platform upgrade strategy, and performance tuning. - Defining technical architecture documentation and supporting customer and other vendor team members to assess technical feasibility and implementation of solutions. - Leading resolution of any technical issues preventing successful service delivery. - Architecting, designing, and deploying solutions using the ServiceNow platform. - Defining development best practices, architecture, code review checklists, and providing technical leadership and mentoring to the ServiceNow Team. - Designing solutions for system integration, creating and maintaining API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other platforms. - Collaborating with ServiceNow Support on platform upgrades, patch installations, hot fixes, and app implementations. - Providing technical oversight for vendor resources on a project basis. - Conducting platform performance audits, remediation activities, and implementing enhancements to the ServiceNow platform. - Developing integrations between the Client ServiceNow system and external systems. - Executing patching and upgrades to the ServiceNow Platform and promoting update sets to relevant instances. - Acting as the Problem Manager for Platform-related Problem Records for assigned applications. - Ensuring adherence to quality standards and attainment of project deliverables. You should have a deep understanding of ServiceNow technology and applications, be self-motivated, have excellent communication and organizational skills. ITIL Foundation or Master certifications, Lean Sigma or similar process-related certifications, experience leading transition or integration projects for ServiceNow implementations, understanding of ITIL processes, and a background in Service Management or Delivery roles would be a plus. Qualifications required for this role include: - ServiceNow Certified Administration certification (CSA) - Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM (CIS-ITSM) and Service Provider (CIS-SP) - ITIL Foundation certification - 8 years of experience as a developer/architect in a ServiceNow environment.,
