Senior Service Delivery Manager

Location: Remote in India

Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Rate: Monthly Salary: 3 Lakhs - 5 lakhs/month (we offer full benefits on contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients throughout the IGA solution lifecycle.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IGA projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Manage service delivery teams and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely and high-quality implementation.
• Oversee incident management, escalations, and proactive health checks to ensure service continuity and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders to drive product adoption and business value.
• Align internal teams (engineering, support, product) with client goals and delivery milestones.
• Monitor service performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, governance frameworks, and audit requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on IGA architecture, integration, and process optimization.
• Support renewal and expansion efforts by identifying upsell opportunities and mitigating risks.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years

  of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with a focus on

  IGA platforms

  such as

  SailPoint IdentityIQ

  or

  Saviynt

  .
• Proven track record of delivering complex IAM/IGA projects in

  consulting or service integrator environments

  .
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance frameworks.
• Experience managing global service delivery teams and client engagements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in SailPoint IIQ or Saviynt.
• Experience with cloud-based identity solutions and integrations (e.g., Azure AD, REST APIs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with global teams.
