Key
Responsibilities:
Design
and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce
Service Cloud features including case management, omni-channel routing,
service console, and knowledge base.
Configure
and customize Experience Cloud sites,
including user access, branding, and lightning components.
Develop
custom solutions using Apex, Lightning
Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Flows, and Visualforce.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather
requirements and provide effective Salesforce solutions.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices,
maintain code quality, and perform unit testing.
Work
closely with QA and deployment teams to deliver high-quality releases.
Required Skills:
6 10 years of experience in Salesforce
development and administration.
Strong
expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Knowledge of Experience Cloud (Community setup, page layouts, guest user access,
etc.).
Good understanding of Salesforce security model,
roles, and profiles.
Experience with API integration and Salesforce deployment tools.
Salesforce certifications preferred (Service
Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant).
