Senior Service Advisor

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Senior Service Advisor for our automobile dealership at Aluva Desom. This role is strictly for professionals who have already worked as a Service Advisor in an authorized automobile dealership. If you don’t have dealership advisor experience, this position is not for you.

The Senior Service Advisor will be responsible for handling customers, coordinating with the workshop team, managing service processes, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while meeting service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer vehicle reception, prepare job cards, and explain service requirements clearly
• Coordinate with technicians, spare parts, and workshop teams for smooth operations
• Understand customer complaints and communicate technical details accurately
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and proper billing
• Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
• Promote value-added services without misleading customers
• Maintain accurate service records and follow up with customers after service

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an authorized automobile dealership is compulsory
• Experience must be specifically as an Advisor, not showroom sales or general service staff
• Strong knowledge of automobile service processes and workshop operations
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Ability to handle customer pressure, workload, and service targets
• Basic computer knowledge; DMS experience preferred

• Candidates from local garages or non-dealership workshops
