Role Overview: As a Senior Security Architect (SSEA), you will report to the Head of Architecture while also being accountable to the Delivery Head & Lead in the business/functional domain. Your role will require deep technical expertise, potential leadership qualities, and a solution-oriented mindset. You will be specifically focused on Customer Facing Mobile Apps and their associated ecosystem, processes, and integrated components. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Data Classification, Asset Valuation, Threat Modeling, Security Requirements & Patterns within agreed timelines - Influence squads/teams to implement secure designs for risk reduction prior to product release - Deliver secure solutions within agreed timelines - Optimize Shift-Left processes within the team - Ensure seamless governance within agreed timelines - Run education, socialization, and awareness workshops with squad/tribe members and peers - Participate in specialized technical or soft skill learning courses and achieve certifications - Embody the Collaboration, Ownership, Drive & Enterprising (CODE) values of Emirates NBD - Coach & mentor associate architects to enhance team quality and product outcomes - Introduce & implement innovative ways of working to deliver value within squads (Preferred) - Engage in Stretch Assignments/Goldilocks Tasks to contribute value to the organization (Preferred) Qualifications Required: - At least 3-5 years of technology experience with working knowledge of Banking Mobile Apps, their security features, and API integration - 3-5 years of experience in securing IOS & Android Mobile Apps and their ecosystem - Deep knowledge of IOS & Android native controls and Third Party components for enhanced app security - Experience in designing solutions to combat Digital Fraud in Banking Mobile Apps - Proficiency in implementing key controls for Native Apps and APIs - Familiarity with Threat Modeling, Security Requirements, and Regulatory Compliance for Banking Mobile Apps - Strong grasp of global and regional regulatory requirements related to banking and financial services - Knowledge of API Security Standards for secure interoperability between banking systems - Ability to design People, Process & Technology controls for secure build and deployment of Banking Mobile Apps - Experience in integrating industry best practice Fraud Management solutions for Banking Mobile Apps - Understanding of Retail Banking Mobile App offerings, products, and processes - Awareness of emerging banking technologies such as blockchain, digital currencies, and ML Additional Details: Omit - No additional details of the company are present in the job description.
