Senior SDET

Role Overview: As a Senior SDET at our company, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test solutions across all testing phases to ensure high-quality releases. You will have the opportunity to work with new technologies, lead projects, and drive quality standards. In this role, you will: Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and support test automation scripts for test infrastructure and provide automation solutions. - Build comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing. - Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. - Work as part of cross-functional agile project teams to ensure quality is embedded in the development process. - Maintain a robust QA environment, including test databases and system deployments. - Devise test strategies, develop high-level test scenarios, and elaborate scenarios into detailed test cases. - Conduct training and best practice sessions with the QA Team. - Collaborate with Development, System Architecture, and Product teams to analyze and resolve design or code issues. - Advocate for quality in every phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Contribute to all SDLC phases, from requirements gathering to production implementation.
