Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
  • Gather and analyze requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, working in an onshore-offshore model.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports using SAP Employee Central's reporting tools.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and generate insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of HR systems.

Experience Requirement:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong expertise in Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Tracking modules.
  • Hands-on experience in report development and data analysis in SAP HR systems.
  • Proven ability to work in a global delivery model with strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Solid background in supporting HR business functions through SAP systems.
