About the Role

SAP Production Planning (PP) Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Lead
end-to-end SAP PP projects
, including implementation, migration, testing, support, and rollouts.
Manage
Change Requests (CRs)
,
Service Requests (SRs)
, defect resolution, and incident management.
Develop custom
reports, forms, interfaces, and enhancements
as per business needs.
Work with
legacy transfer migration cockpit
and other migration tools for smooth data transfer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for SAP integration and solution delivery.
Configure and manage
production cycles, interfaces, handling units
, and related PP processes.
Oversee
SFG/FG reconciliation, goods consumption
, and
month-end closing activities
.
Support
Quality Control (QC)
processes, including
material inspection, inspection results recording, and order release
.
Integrate SAP PP/QC processes with external quality systems such as
LMS
.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors Degree
in Engineering or related field.
7+ years
of relevant experience in SAP PP/QC.
Minimum
2 projects
each in implementation, testing, support, and rollouts.
Strong expertise with
SAP S/4HANA 1909 or higher
.
In-depth knowledge of
PP module configuration, customization, and maintenance
.
Good understanding of
QM processes
related to production and quality control.
Proven experience in
cross-module integration
and working with external systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with
SAP migration tools
and legacy data transfer.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to other SAP modules and external system integration.
