Senior SAP FICO Consultant

As a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will join the implementation team to work on end-to-end implementations. Your responsibilities will include analyzing current business processes, identifying gaps, configuring SAP FICO modules, preparing functional specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting testing phases, guiding data migration, delivering training sessions, and participating in cutover activities for a smooth transition to the new system. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and understand AS-IS business processes, mapping them against standard SAP FICO functionalities - Identify gaps between business requirements and SAP standard capabilities, proposing appropriate solutions - Prepare Business Process Procedures (BPP) and coordinate sign-offs with stakeholders - Configure SAP FICO modules based on the finalized design and review configuration documents - Prepare and validate Functional Specifications (FS) for custom developments and enhancements - Coordinate Migration Objects for data migration with relevant stakeholders - Define Interface Functional Specifications with cross-functional teams and implement integrations - Support and document Unit Testing, including test case preparation and execution - Guide and support data migration, including methodology, mapping rules, technical validations, and completeness checks - Participate in Integration Testing across SAP modules - Deliver Key User Training sessions and create detailed Training Manuals - Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and provide UAT support for business readiness - Actively support and participate in Cutover activities to ensure a smooth transition Required Skills & Qualifications: - 6-8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant - Strong functional knowledge in FI (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profit Center, COPA) - Proven experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end SAP implementations - Expertise in preparing FS, BPP, UAT scripts, and training materials - Good understanding of data migration methodology and tools - Familiarity with integration points between SAP FICO and other modules (MM, SD, etc.) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams - SAP Certification (preferred but not mandatory) Additional Details: Experience with S/4HANA environments and knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology are must-have requirements for this role.,
