Senior SAP ERP Technical Analyst – Security & GRC

SAP Roles, Authorizations, Security Objects

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a

  Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  for SAP Security and GRC activities.
• Design and implement

  authorization concepts

  in collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Manage

  SAP role design, administration, and analysis

  , ensuring SoD compliance.
• Perform

  user administration

  , authorization validation, and SoD risk analysis.
• Support global users across time zones and maintain system integrity across SAP environments (Development, Quality, Sandbox, and Production).
  
• Oversee

  SAP transport management

  , upgrades, and patch applications.
• Implement

  SAP Security processes

  and maintain performance through system monitoring and tuning.
• Participate in

  SAP system upgrades

  , migrations, and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors for issue resolution and process enhancement.
  
• Manage and report on project deliverables, ensuring timely and quality completion.
  

Technical Skills Required

• Strong expertise in

  SAP Security and GRC Access Control

  (RAR, SoD mitigation, remediation).
• Experience with

  SAP Fiori

  ,

  Solution Manager

  ,

  PI/PO

  , and

  IDM (7.2/8.0)

  .
• Hands-on knowledge of

  SAP Basis monitoring

  and

  system landscape management

  .
• Understanding of

  Fiori system setup

  ,

  Content Server

  , and

  GRC integrations

  .
• Familiarity with

  SAP Activate methodology

  and project execution frameworks.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 7+ years of SAP Basis and Security experience

  , including

  full life cycle implementations

  .
• Strong project management, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Experience working in

  global environments

  with cross-functional teams.
