Job Description

Overview: Business Division - Institutional Client Group Credit Sales

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Syndication and distribution of credit (loans as well as bonds).
  • Communicate capital flows amongst major credit investors to Deutsche banks credit traders
  • Focus on institutional investors Banks, NBFCs, Mutual funds, Insurance companies, PE funds, Mid cap Corporates, AIFs, India based foreign portfolio investors sell down of credit.
  • Coverage across multiple client segments focusing on private credit market and having skills in originating credit from direct Issuers as well as in alliances with other market participants.
  • Advanced knowledge of regulations and financing structures.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Investor sales coverage across alternative investment channels on top of traditional capital providers (Banks & NBFCs).
  • Knowledge/experience in syndicating private credit trades to alternative investment markets
  • Origination ability of sourcing credit trades from Institutional investors as well as corporates.
  • Essentially strong financing deal spotting and structuring ability to find trades that align within DBs institutional framework
