Senior Salesman

As a Sales Executive at Malabar Gold and Diamonds showroom located at M G Road, Ernakulam, you will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets and implementing strategies to increase the store's profitability. Your role will involve gathering feedback from customers to identify areas for business improvement and sharing this information with the Manager. It will be your duty to ensure the accurate entry of customer details after purchase to maintain an up-to-date customer database. You will also be required to verify the accuracy of product details, weight, and invoices post-sale to ensure customers receive the correct product along with its relevant information. Coordinating customer orders with the Supply Chain Management or Merchandise Buying and Management Group using the Order Management System software will be crucial to ensure timely delivery. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. Additionally, you will be eligible for a yearly bonus as part of the compensation package. The work location for this role is in person.
