Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Platform Architect

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SFMC solutions, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. Your role will involve defining data models, managing SQL-based data segmentation, and integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms via REST/SOAP APIs. Additionally, you will develop AMPscript & SSJS-based solutions, enhance automation workflows, optimize personalization strategies, ensure email deliverability best practices, build dynamic content-driven campaigns, and maintain adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and internal data policies in SFMC implementations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, gathering client requirements, leading training sessions, and monitoring SFMC scalability will also be key responsibilities.
