The Senior Salesforce Experience Architect will have a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our Salesforce solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of experience design principles and effective application within the Salesforce ecosystem to create intuitive, engaging, and efficient user experiences. Prior experience of around 8 years in the relevant skill is preferred. As a Senior Salesforce Experience Architect, your responsibilities will include leading the design of innovative user experiences and interfaces within the Salesforce platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions, creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to guide the development team, ensuring the usability and effectiveness of Salesforce interfaces and workflows, staying updated with the latest trends in experience design and Salesforce features to enhance user experiences continuously, conducting user research and usability testing to validate design concepts, and leading and mentoring a team of designers and developers in best practices for Salesforce experience design. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience as an Experience Architect or Designer, specifically within Salesforce environments, a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in experience design, proficiency in design tools and software, an excellent understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and team collaboration skills, and a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. This position is for a Senior Salesforce Experience Architect located in Bengaluru or Hyderabad, India, focusing on Experience Design.
