Senior Salesforce Developers (FSC Experienced)

You are a Senior Salesforce Developer with 5-8 years of experience, specializing in Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Your main responsibility is to support a strategic digital initiative by developing Customer Portals, workflow automation, and integrating systems within the FSC ecosystem. You will design and develop scalable Customer Portals using Experience Cloud (Communities), build workflows tailored for insurance and financial advisory services, customize FSC data models, and integrate Salesforce with back-end systems using MuleSoft or other platforms. Additionally, you will ensure system security, compliance, and collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver intuitive portal experiences. Key qualifications include hands-on experience with Salesforce, Apex, Flows, Lightning Components, and a minimum of 2 years with Financial Services Cloud. You should also have experience with Experience Cloud portals, Flow-based workflows, and integration platforms. Exposure to healthcare, life insurance, or wealth management workflows is beneficial. Preferred skills include familiarity with FSC-specific objects, Salesforce Shield, platform encryption, and compliance handling. Understanding user personas in wealth/insurance, advisors, underwriters, policyholders, and experience with document generation and digital signatures is desirable. Salesforce certifications in FSC Consultant, Platform Developer, or MuleSoft Developer are a plus.
