Omnistudio Developers

As a Salesforce Developer at Sierra Cloud, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio tools. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio tools including: - OmniScripts - FlexCards - Integration Procedures - DataRaptors - Building highly customizable front-end components using Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using RESTful APIs, Apex callouts, and external services. - Participating in the full software development lifecycle from discovery to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices in security, scalability, and performance. - Working closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and architects to convert business requirements into technical designs. - Creating and maintaining data models, custom metadata, and ensuring clean and optimized data flow across systems. - Mentoring junior developers and actively contributing to team knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and reusability efforts. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex platform issues in production and non-production environments. - Contributing to agile ceremonies - daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - 4-7 years of total Salesforce development experience - At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce OmniStudio - Proficiency in: - Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Queueable) - Lightning Web Components (LWC) - SOQL/SOSL - Declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules) - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing & security architecture - Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and use of DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Git, CI/CD pipelines) Preferred Certifications: - Salesforce OmniStudio Developer (formerly Vlocity Developer) - Salesforce Platform Developer I - Salesforce Administrator - (Nice to have) OmniStudio Consultant, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II,
