Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview: As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Technementals Innovation India Private Limited, your role will involve designing, customizing, and maintaining CRM applications within Salesforce to support business processes. You will be responsible for ensuring scalability, integration with other applications using APIs, and optimizing Salesforce application performance. Additionally, you will stay updated with Salesforce trends, mentor junior developers, and maintain data governance and security best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design and customize CRM applications in Salesforce, ensuring scalability and integration with other applications using APIs. - Create and maintain efficient, reliable code in Apex and Visualforce, manage deployments, and perform rigorous testing. - Address and resolve bugs, optimize Salesforce application performance. - Implement data governance and ensure compliance with security best practices. - Stay updated with Salesforce trends and innovations, enhancing platform capabilities. - Mentor and coach junior developers. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of strong experience with Java-script, Java development (Core Java 8 + concurrency / Spring Framework), and HTML. - 3+ years of strong experience with relational databases and SQL. Oracle/PostgreSQL experience is a plus. - Thorough knowledge of coding best practices, general OOP concepts, and design patterns. - Experience in integrating systems using SOAP/REST Services. - Experience with advanced APEX programming concepts and efficient trigger handling preferred. - Experience in working with Force Bulk API and Metadata API preferred. - Good English skills, as well as good verbal and written communication skills. - Passion for working within an Agile development methodology and collaborative team environment. - Detail-oriented approach prioritizing quality of work and high standards. - Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage several projects per sprint.
