Job Description

As a Senior Technical Consultant at our company, you will be an integral part of the software development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of applications developed for our clients. You will work in a team environment taking direction from solution architects and leads on development activities. Your key responsibilities will involve Salesforce Service Cloud Development, where you will develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will also be responsible for designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs. Additionally, you will customize Salesforce Service Cloud features like Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Service Console according to client needs. Automation will be a crucial aspect of your role, as you will implement process automation using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flows, and Workflow Rules. You will also be responsible for writing unit tests, performing code reviews, and ensuring smooth deployment through Salesforce DX and change sets. Furthermore, you will optimize code, queries, and configurations to improve system performance and scalability. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and document solutions will be essential, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development process. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Integration skills, proficiency in customizing Service Cloud features, experience with Salesforce automation tools, familiarity with version control systems, strong debugging skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams are also required. Qualifications for this role include Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, knowledge of Salesforce security model and best practices, and experience with CI/CD processes in Salesforce development.
