Senior Salesforce Developer

Oliver Wyman is seeking candidates for the position of Senior Salesforce Developer based in the Pune/Mumbai/Gurgaon office. As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Oliver Wyman, you will be joining the innovative OWG Tech department. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with extensive knowledge of the Force.com platform, including Apex and Lightning Experience. The ideal candidate should also have experience with the Certinia application and APIs. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Lead development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements. - Work with Certinia application and APIs to integrate Accounts, Expenses, Invoices, and Revenue modules. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions. - Document technical specifications, design solutions, and integration processes. Experience: - Minimum 5+ years" experience as a Salesforce Developer - Minimum 2-3 years" experience with Certinia Development - Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components - Background in leading development projects and mentoring junior developers - Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum or SAFe Skills and Attributes: - Advanced proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce development, and Lightning components - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules - Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical requirements - Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English About Oliver Wyman: Oliver Wyman is a global leader in management consulting with offices in 70 cities across 30 countries.
