Oliver Wyman is seeking candidates for the position of Senior Salesforce Developer based in the Pune/Mumbai/Gurgaon office. As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Oliver Wyman, you will be joining the innovative OWG Tech department. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with extensive knowledge of the Force.com platform, including Apex and Lightning Experience. The ideal candidate should also have experience with the Certinia application and APIs. In this role, you will be responsible for leading development projects that enhance and expand our Salesforce/Certinia ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Lead development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements. - Work with Certinia application and APIs to integrate Accounts, Expenses, Invoices, and Revenue modules. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions. - Document technical specifications, design solutions, and integration processes. Experience: - Minimum 5+ years" experience as a Salesforce Developer - Minimum 2-3 years" experience with Certinia Development - Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components - Background in leading development projects and mentoring junior developers - Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum or SAFe Skills and Attributes: - Advanced proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce development, and Lightning components - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules - Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical requirements - Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English About Oliver Wyman: Oliver Wyman is a global leader in management consulting with offices in 70 cities across 30 countries.
