Senior Salesforce Developer - Integrations

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications and solutions that align with business objectives. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and related technologies.
• Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications for high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering their growth and enhancing team capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating potential organizational impact.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical specifications, architectural decisions, and system configurations.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making for Salesforce initiatives and projects.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient integrations using middleware, APIs, and tools like MuleSoft and Salesforce Connect.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and optimization for system reliability and data accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with successful implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, data modeling, workflows, and governance.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring team members.
• Proficient in middleware, API integration, and web services; familiarity with JSON and XML.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer II, Salesforce Architect).
• Experience with Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools for Salesforce environments.
• Knowledge of integration tools such as MuleSoft and Informatica.
