Role Overview: As a Senior Salesforce Developer at NTT DATA, your role will involve designing, enhancing, and implementing effective and scalable solutions. You will be responsible for analysing requirements, proposing software design, defining standard database design, and providing production support. Additionally, you will set the standards for software design and development while working closely with clients in project delivery and pre-sales/solution consulting conversations. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate clearly and drive outcomes in conversations - Analyse client needs, present solutions, and lead a team of 6-8 people - Demonstrate solution concepts through demos/Proof-Of-Concept (POC) within 1-2 days - Design, configure, develop, test, and implement solutions on the Salesforce.com platform - Develop coding standards, provide guidance to developers, and participate in cross-functional team communication - Utilize APIs, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Visual Workflow for developing extensions - Implement platform end-to-end, including data conversion and post-production support - Perform system administration tasks like user management, environment planning, workflow configuration, and troubleshooting - Experience with Data Migration, SQL, JavaScript, REST and SOAP APIs, HTML, XML, SOQL, SOSL, and SQL Qualifications Required: - Experience Level: 4-6 years - End-to-end implementation experience across Sales and Service Cloud - Experience with integrating Salesforce solutions with other enterprise cloud technology systems - Bachelors Degree (BSc/B.Com/BE/B.Tech) or MBA - Preferred: Salesforce Certifications like Admin, PD1, PD2 - Familiarity with JIRA or equivalent tool, Release Management Tools, Agile Project methodology - Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and collaboration skills (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the job description.),
