Senior Salesforce Consultant (Omnistudio)

You will play a crucial role in pushing the boundaries of what's possible by uncovering predictive insights and working with customers to make smarter decisions through innovative problem-solving using AI, Analytics, and systems of intelligence. As a Senior Salesforce Consultant at Atrium, your responsibilities will include: - Serving as an application functionality and technology expert, as well as the full life-cycle owner for applications - Engaging in requirements elaboration and clarification with business analysis and end-user teams - Participating in the architecture & technical planning process for new & existing features and creating detailed designs to support the requirements - Developing logical and high-quality code meeting functional specifications and technical requirements for reusability, maintainability, and scalability when appropriate - Documenting logical and deployment architecture & maintaining the development environment - Establishing best practices around Salesforce.com solutions - Ensuring technical consistency and stability within an application: performance, reliability, and maintainability - Collaborating with on-site and off-site developers, and performing hands-on Salesforce.com development (Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, SOQL, Triggers, Custom Objects, etc.) - Handling web services API integrations with other internal and 3rd Party systems - Demonstrating integrity and authenticity in your everyday interactions - Communicating and managing relationships and expectations effectively with team members and clients, and managing risks and issues clearly to stakeholders - Taking initiative and going beyond the required tasks in your daily job To excel in this role, you should have: - A BS degree or equivalent with 4+ years of IT experience and at least 2+ years of experience in Salesforce.com architecture, design, and development - Strong object-oriented development skills - Proficiency in the Salesforce.com development environment, including custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, IDE, Triggers, Migration Tools, Communities, and Web Service integration - A strong focus on Apex testing and governor limits - Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Certification is highly preferred - Knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) for building guided processes, data raptors, and integration procedures - Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Admin Certifications - Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Advanced Developer Certifications are a plus Unlock yourself and take your career to the next level with Atrium, where you will be part of a diverse workforce that drives inclusion across the business.
