About the Role : We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Salesforce & AI Solutions Specialist to join our growing team. This is a critical role that combines deep Salesforce expertise with advanced AI and machine learning capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent Salesforce solutions that enhance business performance, improve customer experience, and support data-driven decision-making.As a senior member of the team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholdersincluding product owners, business analysts, engineers, and executivesto translate business needs into scalable and intelligent technology solutions. Key Responsibilities : Salesforce Platform Management : - Lead the architecture, configuration, and development of Salesforce platforms including Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.- Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements through Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.- Ensure best practices in Salesforce implementation, governance, security, and performance optimization. Agentforce Platform Implementation : - Design and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions to streamline agent workflows, analytics, and insights.- Leverage Agentforce Analytics to generate actionable intelligence for customer service and sales teams.- Implement and train stakeholders on Einstein Prediction Builder and Einstein Discovery to power predictive and prescriptive analytics. AI & Machine Learning Integration : - Develop AI-driven features using tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.- Build and deploy machine learning models for customer segmentation, sentiment analysis, lead scoring, and personalization.- Apply NLP and deep learning techniques to automate and enhance communication channels (e.g., chatbots, sentiment-aware routing). Programming & Development : - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python, Java, and Apex.- Integrate third-party APIs and services with Salesforce and internal data sources.- Use DevOps tools to automate deployments and ensure version control across environments. Data Analysis & Visualization : - Gather, clean, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.- Design and implement data models that support reporting, forecasting, and machine learning use cases.- Create interactive dashboards using Salesforce Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI to present insights to stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration : - Act as a technical advisor to internal teams and stakeholders across departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical audiences.- Support change management efforts, training, and documentation for end users. Required Qualifications : Salesforce Experience : - Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience working across various Salesforce platforms (Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud).- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and customization capabilities. Agentforce Experience : - At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.- Strong knowledge of Agentforce Analytics, Einstein Prediction Builder, and Einstein Discovery. AI & Machine Learning Expertise : - Minimum 2 years of experience in applying AI and ML technologies in a production environment.- Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, NLP, deep learning, and model deployment. Programming Proficiency : - Strong programming background with expertise in Python, Java, and Apex.- Familiarity with cloud-native application development and API integration. Data Analysis & Visualization : - Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.- Hands-on experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Einstein Analytics. Communication & Collaboration : - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
