As a Senior Salesforce Admin/Release Engineer at Procore, you will play a crucial role in the Go-to-Market systems team, focusing on the architecture, development, administration, and DevOps of the Salesforce.com ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to manage the Salesforce DevOps pipeline, ensure compliance, and oversee effective change management processes. This role presents a significant opportunity to ensure the smooth delivery of updates to our core business operations. - Managing the Salesforce DevOps pipeline by executing Production and sandbox releases using Copado - Collaborating with the development team to resolve merge conflicts and deployment errors - Ensuring compliance with change control processes and release readiness criteria prior to deployment - Validating post-release activities - Facilitating sandbox refreshes - Integrating third-party applications - Monitoring and reporting on Salesforce system health and usage - Keeping abreast of Salesforce industry best practices to enhance Procore's Salesforce.com release platform continuously The ideal candidate for this role should have: - Bachelor's degree - Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Release professional supporting an enterprise-level SFDC instance - Proficiency in CI/CD, building deployment pipelines with Copado, and working with version control systems - Advanced knowledge of complex Salesforce DevOps and Release strategies, Salesforce.com configuration and administration, Agile development methodologies - Troubleshooting skills and strong communication abilities - Relevant certifications and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Procore Technologies is committed to developing software that shapes the world through cloud-based construction management solutions.
